We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to Return?
If you have an account, please log in and navigate to the "Returns" section. There, you can choose the product you want to return, indicate the reason for the return, and your return will be processed. Subsequently, you will receive an email containing our returns information and a link to generate a returns label if you opt to use ours, the cost of the pre-paid returns label is £4.99.

For those without an account, you can utilise the provided returns label enclosed with your packaging or send the product/s back to us using your preferred delivery method.

In the event that you did not find a pre-paid return label in your package and wish to use one, click the link below to create it on the Royal Mail website. Include a note with your delivery postcode and the reason for return.

The cost of the pre-paid returns label is £4.99, which will be deducted from your refund. If using our pre-paid return label, simply take your package to a post office with the attached label and remember to retain the proof of postage receipt. If returning without using our pre-paid label, please ensure you keep your proof of postage.

Please note, if you are returning items due to defects or receiving the wrong product, you may use the pre-paid return label provided. In these cases, the cost of the label will not be deducted from your refund.

You must enclose the invoice sent with your order or a note with your order number or delivery postcode in your return.

Packaging your return
You must ensure the item and the item's packet/box is still in original and resalable condition.

The responsibility that the item(s) is packaged correctly to ensure the item arrives back with us without any damage lies with the buyer.

If a product is not packaged correctly and this causes damage to the product when received back you may be liable for a deduction from the item's cost or you may not qualify for a refund.

This includes the taping up of shoe boxes or directly sticking the returns label onto the item without any outside packaging.

We do not offer exchanges. We can only issue a refund for the order.
If you require a different size/colour please re-order, this will get the new product to you faster.

Using our pre-paid label
If using our return label, you can track your return on the Royal Mail website using the tracking code on your receipt.

Your label is only valid for 30 days.

If the label is used after the 30-day period a charge of £6.00 will be deducted from your refund plus a 5% restocking fee.

Items Purchased from November onwards as Christmas gifts have until January 31st  to be returned.

Items larger than 61 x 46 x 46 cm and weighing over 19KG cannot be returned using the pre-paid service. If the pre-paid service is used for items exceeding the specified dimensions and weight, they will be subject to additional costs.

We do not offer a collection service.

How long does it take to refund my return?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@fightequipmentuk.com.

Please note our warehouse is closed on weekends and we cannot advise on the status of a refund

Defective product received?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

On the rare occasion you receive a defective product please email our customer service team - info@fightequipmentuk.com and we will aim to get this rectified for you by way of a refund, replacement or repair where applicable.

You are eligible for a repair or replacement for a defective product within a 6 month period from the point the item is purchased.

If previous contact has been made regarding a fault with the item or you can prove the item was defective when received the warranty period is extended an additional 6 months

What I cannot send back for a refund?
Returns that are damaged, soiled, scented, worn or altered will not be accepted and could be sent back to you.

Sale items, mouth guards, underwear & groin guards are exempt from our returns policy & will not be refunded.

If you send part or used goods back to us we will not issue a refund and will charge a postage fee to send them back to you.

Refused delivery / Incorrect delivery address?
If your order is returned back to us because delivery has been refused or you have supplied an incorrect shipping address the item(s) will be refunded minus the original delivery charge.

International orders
International orders are exempt from postage refunds.

We may have a return address in your local country that you can send the return to.

We do not offer a pre-paid returns label for international orders.
